You can add or remove payment methods directly in the Thimble Broker Portal. Once logged in, click on "Client Activity" on the left-hand side, then click on the “Active” tab. Find the client or policy you want to modify and click on the green arrow on the right side.
Then, under “Manage Active Policies” click the notepad icon on the policy you want to modify.
Scroll down until you see the “Insured Info” section and click “Payment Method”. Follow the steps to update payment methods on the account.
