You can cancel a policy for your client directly in the Thimble Broker Portal. Find your client’s active policy in the “Policy” section of the portal and click “Manage Policy”.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Want to cancel your policy?”
Follow the steps to see the refund amount and to confirm the card or bank account it will go back to. We also ask that you provide a reason for canceling.
Heads up! Once you submit a cancelation, it cannot be undone. Please let your client know to allow 5-10 business days for the refund to post to their bank accounts.
