You can make changes to coverage limits for one or more of your client’s coverages directly in the broker portal. Once logged in, click on "Client Activity" on the left-hand side, then click on the “Active” tab. Find the client or policy you want to change and click on the green arrow on the right side.
Then, under “Manage Active Policies” click the notepad icon on the policy you want to make changes to.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the section labeled “Coverages and Limits”. Click on the arrow to the right of the coverage you want to modify.
It is not always possible to change limits on a policy. For questions or help making changes to a policy, email email@example.com.
