In some cases, you can add or update a business’ name directly in the Thimble Broker Portal. Find your client’s active policy in the “Policy” section of the portal and click “Manage Policy”.
Scroll down until you see the section “Insured Info”. Click on the “Submit a request to our team” link.
This will open a new window with a form you can submit to begin the name change process. Complete the form and our team will follow up with you if they have any questions. Please note that some changes to your business contact information require you to cancel your existing policy and create a new one.
