You can add or update a business’ name directly in the Thimble Broker Portal. Once logged in, click on "Client Activity" on the left-hand side, then click on the “Active” tab. Find the client or policy you want to change and click on the green arrow on the right side.
Then, under “Manage Active Policies” click the notepad icon on the policy you want to make changes to.
Scroll down until you see the section “Insured Info”. Click the arrow next to ‘Company Name’ and update the name in the appropriate field.
