In some cases, you can add or update the name of a business. Find your client’s active policy in the “Policy” section of the portal and click “Manage Policy”.
Scroll down until you see the section “Insured Info”. Click on the “Submit a request to our team” link.
This will open a new window with a form you can submit to begin the process of changing the business address. Complete the form and our team will follow up with you if they have any questions. Please note that some changes to the business contact information require you to cancel the existing policy and create a new one.
NOTE! You cannot change the zip code. If the business changes zip codes, you will need to cancel this policy and buy a new one with the updated business address.
For Workers’ Compensation policies and Business Owners Packages or Policies, you cannot change the business address on file. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for questions about making updates to these products.
