For General Liability policies, you can add or update a business’ address directly in the Thimble Broker Portal. Once logged in, click on "Client Activity" on the left-hand side, then click on the “Active” tab. Find the client or policy you want to change and click on the green arrow on the right side.
Then, under “Manage Active Policies” click the notepad icon on the policy you want to edit.
Scroll down until you see the section “Insured Info”. Click the arrow next to “Contact” and make updates in the “Business Street Address” field. NOTE! You cannot change the zip code. If the business changes zip codes, you will need to cancel this policy and buy a new one with the updated business address.
For Workers’ Compensation policies and Business Owners Packages or Policies, you cannot change the business address on file. Please contact support@thimble.com for questions about making updates to these products.
