To access the client’s policy, click “client activity” from the menu on the left and you will see “active” and you can type the insured’s name in the search bar. Then click the green arrow on the very right. Then in the “manage active policies” box, click the pen and paper icon. A half screen will show from the right and you are now viewing the policy.
Completed operations coverage can be added to any additional insured. In the ‘additional insured’ section click ‘add or edit’ on the additional insured and then you will see that there is a toggle at the top for completed operations coverage to be added. When it is on, it will be green and when you save the additional insured it will show the cost to add completed operations coverage. As soon as payment is made, the endorsement will be added.
For coverage changes go to the ‘Coverage & Limits’ section. To the right of each coverage is an arrow. When you click on it, you will see the options for changes to the coverage.
