You can find COIs in the Thimble Broker Portal in the “Client Activity” section of the site. Once logged in, click on "Client Activity" on the left-hand side, then click on the “Active” tab. Find the client or policy you’re looking for and click on the green arrow on the right side.
Then, under “Manage Active Policies” click the notepad icon on the policy you want to edit.
On the right side, you’ll see the section “Documents”. Next to “Certificates”, click on the “View” link.
You’ll see the screen below. On the bottom is a list of people on file that have received a COI. Click on the document icon on the right to view, download, or share another copy of the document.
