You or your client can change the primary payment method attached to a policy at any time.
If your client wants to pay for future payments with a credit card, you can update the primary payment method on file. Once in their policy detail page, you can find the payment section on the bottom right of the page. After clicking on the link, you can follow the prompts to enter your client’s credit card details.
If your client wants to pay for future payments through their bank account, they will need to do so in their own account. Our existing agreements don’t allow producers to accept bank account agreements on behalf of clients.
If your client wants to add bank account or credit card details on their own, your client can log in directly to their account and add a payment method from their policy details page.
