Once logged in to your producer account, you’ll see a new section on the left navigation called “Payment Methods.” On this page, you’ll find all your saved payment methods.
One payment method is always saved as the primary payment method and can be changed at any time. The primary payment method is kept on file and will be used for recurring payments (if applicable) and any amendments, audits, renewals, and extensions for policies that you have agreed to assume financial responsibility for.
At any time, you or your client can change the primary payment method to a payment method belonging to your client so they can take responsibility for future charges.
