Yes. If you are operating under a company name you should add your company to your profile so that both you and your company will be Named Insureds on your future policies (this will NOT affect any active policies). That way both you and your company are protected by the same policy if a covered claim is ever brought against either name.
Policies are intended to cover the actions of an individual and are rated for you only. Anyone else working with you (i.e. other employees, contractors, or subcontractors) should purchase their own policy, unless you are located in a state in which your General Liability insurance policy covers you and your crew (employees or independent contractors working on your behalf).
