CGL - How is the policy arranged by Thimble different than traditional General Liability policies?

Although it uses the Insurance Service Office CG 00 01 04 13 Commercial General Liability form as its base, the policy arranged by Thimble contains proprietary forms designed to allow episodic purchase, to enable an exposure period for products and completed operations beyond the policy period, to allow Additional Insureds to be added and notified via email, and to allow purchase without answering a lot of pointless application questions. Thimble currently offers multiple policy durations: On Demand, Thimble Monthly, and Annual. To obtain episodic coverage with the option to pause, Thimble Monthly must be selected (not available for all activities / classes).
