Claims are unfortunate, but they don’t have to be complicated.
In a few short steps, we’ll help you start the claim process.
Visit our Report a Claim page.
Anyone can report a claim. You can go directly to this page if you don’t have a Thimble policy.
Thimble policy members can also access claims from their account. Once you’re logged in, click on the top left menu, then click on “Report a Claim.” This will take you to the page where you’ll start the claims process.
Provide the policy number.
We’ll ask a few quick questions about the claim.
We need:
- The policy number of the insured
- Your relationship to the claim. For example, did you or someone else (or their property) get harmed?
Confirm the policy we have on file.
Once you confirm the policy we have on hand, we ask for the best contact information in case someone needs to reach you.
Tell us what happened.
Provide a quick summary of what happened, when, and where.
That’s all we need to submit a claim on your behalf. Easy!
After you submit your claim, we’ll provide some information in case you have questions or want to learn more about claims.
