Certificate Manager: Waive an Insurance Requirement

If you want to approve a contractor in the Certificate Manager who's missing some of your Insurance Requirements, you can waive the one's they're missing. When reviewing the documents they've uploaded, click the (≡) icon next to the requirement you'd like to Waive, then click "Waive".

Waiving a requirement acts the same as checking off a requirement, but it will have a "Waived" status so you know that the requirement is missing. If every single requirement is either Checked Off or Waived, the contractor will be marked as approved. 

You can also Un-Waive a requirement at any point in time by following the same instructions.
